Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II Plus

figured id just ask here seein as how you guyz know everything...

whats the deal with Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II Plus? Is it just the whole online mode finally released as offline too so that you can play all the missions with your friends split screen?

any info would be great...ive always loved PSO but i never wanna pay online fees :P

From what I've heard, it's exactly the same as the original but:
-3 quests that you could only get by downloading are now availible offline
-3 GBA minigames are availible offline
I'm sure there are more, but those are the only ones that I can remember.

I am glad to hear some more info on it. I came so close yesterday at Best Buy to buying it for 29.99. I guess the only reason I didn't is because I really didn't want to spend that much on that game.
