View Full Version : Stuffed Mario Toy: Help!

I found a stuffed Mario toy at the store today, not sure what it came with or goes to? I'll bet there an NES fan or two here who can tell me really quick!
It's a smallish (4 inch?) stuffed Mario toy. He's wearing a hat with wings on it, and is bend to make it look like he's flying with his legs out back behind him, so he kind of sits on his crotch.
I searched for "mario hat wings" on eBay with no luck. Anyone know what this is, when it was made, and what it's worth?

sounds like the mario plush bean bag type toy. search mario plush on ebay and see what you find. I used to have one but gave it to my cousins baby

if you dont want him I would take it off your hands, if he is a good price :)
A whole line of those was put out a few years ago, Mario, Bowser, Donkey Kong. Then they released Yoshi, Wario, Luigi, and a few others I think. Not too hard to find, costed around $5 originally.

I've got him, along with the other ones too. They also had Toad and Princess Peach released too.

I almost have the entire set. I think I have an extra Donkey Kong. The Wing Cap Mario is probably the coolest one.

I have one like that.(4"). Mario with wings in his hat in a flying position.
The one I have has a ring and clip attached to it..(For hanging/or keychain)
It's been hanging from the mirror of my wife's car for the longest. :D
I got it down the shore ...Point Pleasant boardwalk in N.J. out of a crane for a Quarter.
I also got a Wario..(no wings though)
They had the other characters but I couldn't snag them. :(

As others have said, this is from a line of plushies directly from Nintendo a few years abck. I have Donkey Kong, Luigi, Toad, Diddy Kong, and some more I think.

Hah, that explains why I don't "get it". I've played Mario 64 a total of less than 10-15 minutes in my life. I'm sure I never beat the first level. Seems like I remember a big bomb attached to a chain. My old-school, 2D little pee-brain couldn't handle the spinning and once the headaches ensued, I shelved the game.
