Pac Man for NES Confusion

so the DP online guide says there is one Tengen copy and one Namco copy...the Namco one being harder to find...well ive seen the black one and ive seen the grey one...but the grey one also says Tengen on it? I dunno im just confused, is there only 2 different ones? ( the black tengen and the grey one that says tengen)...or is there yet ANOTHER one thats Namco only???

and how much should i be paying for each one?

info on the Ms PAc Man, and Pacmania would be great too...i have Tengen Ms Pac Man :)

lets see. there was:
tengen pacman in grey cart, released before they went on thier own.
tengen pacman in black cart, released when they went on thier own
namco pacman, not sure when it was released.
namco ms. pacman, not sure when it was released.
tengen pacman, obviously by tengen
tengen pacmania

so there is a Pac Man by Namco that hasnt got Tengen written on it and THAT is the really rare one?

yes, the namco one is the hardest to find of the three, followed by the licensed tengen one, and then the unlicensed tengen one(at least in my area its in that order :))

There are also two versions of the tengen "ms. pac-man".

Namco versions = R7 if I am not mistaken ;)

Yeah, there is two version of the tengen pacman, one in their little black cart set up, and one with a greenish label, with the same picture, that's also made by tengen. The namco version has a totally different label, it looks identical to the nes classics version on gba if you can't find a picture of it.

Yes, it's only a question of casing variation.

same thing for gauntlet (or is it gauntlet II). There is a black cart and a grey cart.
