Depends on a few things....

If you're talking about how many hours I CAN play, than it's about 3 1/2 - 4 hours a day. That's how long I have off of work at night before bed, But I can't really get the rest I need by gaming, so I like to watch TV or DVD's. So I don't play games every night, only 1/2 the nights.

So if you're talking about the time I FEEL like playing a week, it's usually 1-2 hours a night.

Now take in consideration I have Sunday's off, and if I have something I want to play, I can play about 1/2 the day.

Let's talk about time I can play games at work on the computer, which would be all day inbetween customers if I like. ;) So that's about 65 hours, but I don't do that, I rarely play at work because it takes up too much of my attention and I'd like to be making SOME money. LOL I tend to spend about 2-3 hours a day gaming on my computer at work, that includes anything from emulating MAME and NES, new gen. Doom 3 and the like, or Yahoo! Pool and Literati.

Ok, so in conclusion to my long drawn out answer to a simple question, I usually play about 25-30 hours a week, give or take. I can actually be playing over 100 hours if I wanted to, but like I said, I have other priorities so I keep it down to a minimum.

Monday thru Thursdays are on the short ends. With college and such I only get around 3-4 hrs each day. Friday-Sunday on the other hand I am not in class so I can get anywheres from 5-10hrs of game time. More if I have a game I realy love, less if I have alot of cleaning to do.

A thought though, does games on cell phones count as gaming? I'm not talking about the talking taco games. Stuff like memory, snake, and such.

On the other hand, I have dozens of games that I haven't put any serious time at all into playing. In a way, it would be a shame to actually have played them and then not have the thrill of new discovery waiting before me.

I don't play anywhere near as much as I did as a kid. I'd usually play an hour or two after every school day, and then I'd spend most of the weekend playing games.

What it comes down to now is that I have plenty of time that I COULD be playing games, but most often I don't. It's not because I don't want to; it's just that I have so many other concerns. I only go to school two days a week and I'm still unemployed, but between studying for school, looking for work, spending time with my boyfriend and buddies, doing chores, stressing about my family's health issues, so on and so forth, well... I often just don't get around to starting games. Often I find that I'll play games in "bursts". I won't play much for awhile, but then I'll get a new game that really hooks me, I'll play through it like crazy until I beat it, and then I'll be back to not playing anything for awhile. I also eat up a lot of my time with other video game related stuff like posting on message boards, writing FAQs and reviews, working on my site, etc. (or I'm wasting time complaining that I never get enough time to do those things).

Well if I wanted to live in utter filth and die of starvation Id say about 120 hours to gaming. But like most poeple theres chors to do homework and school. But work theres were it get interesting since I work night shifts I bring along my PSX or GBA ( I used to bring my latop before the damn screen broke) So that about 4 hours of game time and 4 of work.

So in total I'd say I game for about 30 hours a week.
