colors of modern rock for sega cd

i was looking through some old tips and tricks tonight. in one joe was talking about sega cd and had his list of the top ten hardest games for the system.i was surprised to see this "virtualvcr"on the list.oddly enough i was just looking at my copy of modern rock.i' never know where to fit it in with all my other games and i don't want to leave it in the cold.well ok my point is why is this so hard to find?being that i got mine when i got the sega cd for christmas many many years ago i would think it would be lcommon.maybe not mario/duck hunt common but like altered beast common.there must have been tons of these made all sitting at goodwiills lonely and sad.
