Anyone see it? What did you think of it?

Although I enjoyed it, the whole Wonderwoman thing with Alice seemed unneeded. Anyone else think so?

I never saw the first one because it looked too sucky, but I actually saw Apocalypse in the theater. I hated the Jill Valentine character, and I thought the whole Nemesis/Alice thing was quite stupid, but the movie was slightly better than the shitfest I was expecting. I probably won't bother to ever see it again, but I didn't think it was a total waste of time or money. The LJ character provided a few laughs and I liked the Umbrella soldiers, but the movie was not scary at all.

I still maintain that a George Romero directed movie based on the first game (i.e. taking place in the mansion), with plenty of suspense thrown in, could have been a great movie. I hate how Hollywood sees the need to fuck with these things.

I liked it in a way that I wasn't expecting too much anyway.
Jill seemed boring to me, but Milla was wonderful as always. I liked the black guy there with the guns of course. The ending in space pretty much sucked balls. I still contend though that Resident Evil is the best video game flick thus far.

I much prefered this over the first and enjoyed it. I agree this is the best video game flick made so far

I'm a zombie-flick fan and I loved both the first and second ones. I thought the story stuck close enough to the RE universe to be believable (except for the Alice/Nemesis thingie). I thought the makeup and graphics were excellent and I about shat my pants when Nemesis said, "STARRRSSS." SO GOOD. My only complaint with the movie was this: WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE WOULD LIVE IN A CITY SURROUNDED BY GATED WALLS??? This isn't the Dark Ages. We don't need walls. If you decide to live there, you kind of deserve to get locked in, turned into a zombie, and nuked.

Well, I haven't really seen much of the first one, but loved the second movie. I saw it the day it came out in theatre and really like it!!!!!

I thought this was one of the worst movies ever made. I am huge fan of the RE games and enjoyed the first movie. It was an overall bad movie. What was with the stars team? They had there asses handed to them in like ten seconds. Also the stupid stars sniper shoots Nemesis in the chest... x_x wouldn't you go for the head? Just a bad movie that made me laugh out loud in the theatre. I saw it the second week it was out on a Saturday and besides my buddy and me I think there were 5 other people there.

I could go on but I hate talking about stuff I don't like. It is a waste of time to me. :/

@_@ They were alright movies. But they could've
done a lot better like the Dawn Of The Dead Remake
Director's Cut DVD version. 8-) More gory than the
Resident Evil flicks though. Awsome movie. :eek 2:
