Here is my original post:
There is an anime movie called Voltage Fighters: Gowcaiser, I just wondered if there were any voltage fighter games. I know they would end up being a game I have to import, but I think it would be cool to own.

Sorry for changin my topic name a bunch, but since there are many, many games on my last topic, I narrowed it back down again.

did gowcaiser get ported to anything besides neo geo. the game may suck, but i love the series, and don't want to spend 200 for a ng

just the NG fighter and any ports of that same game, basically.

It wasn't exactly a popular series, and the game is sort of 'meh'.

Are you just asking what anime games came out on US Consoles?

A lot. Not nearly as many as in japan ( :( ) But still too many to list off top of my head.

There's a couple of playable Ranma GB games, and the Janken Puzzle Super Famicom game is also quite good.

SFC Sailor Moon games are also decent if you like Beat'em ups.

Magic Knight Rayearth has a so-so saturn game, if you play the translated SFC rom though you'll have a lot more fun. A much deeper RPG.

I would argue that the SFC fighter is playable. In fact, I had fun with it.

People like to say the Sega CD game uses footage from Riding Bean, but it doesn't as far as I've seen. If it does it must be some small scene somewhere or something.

Cliffhanger however uses footage of the Lupin III movie, Castle of Cagliostro.

Macross shooter games are pretty enjoyable as well.

There are also now games out in japan for Fullmetal Alchemist, Godannar, and Keroro Gunsou that I'd like to try.

The Stallone game?!

Now I'm glad I picked that one up!

Gowkaizer was sweet on the neo, although I realize I'm in the minority on that.

Naruto 2 on the Gamecube is a sweet party fighting game, like a bastard child of soul calibur's simple as hell combo system, powerstone 2's 4 player aspect(except you can pick your target), and some of the simplest gameplay I've ever seen. One button supers, counters, and throws? Oh yeah.

so is voltage fighters only out on ng?

I'm 100% positive that the only versions are:

Arcade
Neo-Geo
Neo-Geo CD

On the topic of other anime games, I recommend Tsuyoshi Shikkari Shinasai Taisen Pazurudama, based on an obscure Anime series nobody has ever heard of. It's a great puzzle game!

I've seen a Japanese PS version of the game on eBay a few times. I remember reading about it in some magazines, and the backgrounds were changed to give the game a bit of a panorama effect.

You can always play it on MAME if you have no other way.
