Brand new mint/complete Sega Saturn Net Link Game Pack!
Includes the Saturn Web Browser Version 3.0, Virtual On Net Link Edition, & Sega Rally Championship Net Link Edition, all SEALED and complete with all manuals & documentation! The box itself isn't sealed, but it's still in good condition. I don't have a Net Link adapter to go with this set, but if you're looking for a couple of fairly rare factory sealed Saturn games, here they are!
Asking price is $50 including shipping to anywhere in the USA

OK, lots of lookers, but still no takers yet. If it's too expensive for you, make me an offer. I wasn't sure what it's worth, so I just threw a price out there.

basically no more online on Saturn so these will be strictly for collectors out there...
I do collect obscure and rare Saturn for my personal collection..
still the price is way too high given many of these titles were modified to run with NetLink modem in place and frankly I have no idea whether these can be played offline with NetLink...
I might consider $35 plus shipping... but then it's too low compared to what you have in mind...

Yep, if it's just those two games that's very high IMO.

im not exactly sure what the net link pack is.....is it just games and some sort of net adapter....or does this also include a saturn console
if the console is part of this pack (dont know what this game with) then i would def. consider this

OK, let's try $50 including shipping then, that's only $25 per game, not bad for factory sealed. The online rarity guide lists the Sega Rally Championship (R4) at $12 loose and the Virtual On (R5) at $15 loose. The Net Link game pack includes those two games, the Saturn web browser version 3.0, the manuals and the Net Link suppliment manuals for the games, the manual for the browser, along with the product warranty registration card, a catalog of games, and some coupons which naturally have long since passed expiration.
It doesn't include a Net Link adapter or anything else, so you would need that and someone else with that and a copy of the Net Link versions of the games as well. The Net Link works by direct connection through your phone lines, so as long as you can find someone else with all of the requirements for playing, all you need to do is exchange phone numbers so you can call each other's adapters to play. So obviously you'd want to find someone within your local calling area, or have dirt cheap long distance. I wish that I had bought two of these when I bought this one, but I was under the mistaken impression that it included the Net Link adapter myself, so I just bought one.
So this is definitely far more appealing to the completist collector who just wants to own every Saturn game ever made, and from what I understand it's very hard to find the Net Link versions of the games in any condition, much less new/sealed. The adapter itself can be bought for almost nothing just about anytime on ebay or elsewhere on the net from what I've read in my search on the topic here, but the games are much harder to come by. I'm not sure if Sega ever made any other Net Link game packs with different games in them or not, but this is much more unique than just buying the Net Link versions of the games by themselves, if you're interested in the more obscure and harder to find items from the Saturn's very short history.
So, obviously I don't want to break this set up, as it has far more value to a collector than it does to someone who just wants a copy of the games. I believe that the games are perfectly playable by themselves without the Net Link adapter though, so they just have some extra coding in them that allows them to be played over the phone, I don't think there's any other difference between them and the regular versions of the games. And Sega only made 5 different Net Link games, so with this set you would be almost halfway to a complete Net Link game collection. The other three games are Daytona USA Championship Circuit Edition, Saturn Bomberman, and Duke Nukem, although I believe the regular versions of these games all have the Net Link capabilities built in, but I'm not entirely sure if that's correct or not.

any chance oh pic?
My sealed JPN Network Ed Virtual On shows it won't work unless NetLink is inserted into Saturn console - meaning it won't even bot unless you have NetLink inserted. I don't believe US release is any different.
Anyway good luck as I was after complete set of US NetLink rather than games.
I already have JPN NetLink box set inc. card...
