i tried, but i just cant think of a word that he meant to put there and mistakenly put in food......what did he really mean...unless he really just meant that the buyer shouldnt eat it?

Maybe the seller sold something similar to somebody who ate it and died. So now he put a disclaimer so that nobody would make the same mistake.
