ID this arcade game... an extremely brief description!

OK so back in the day i would goto a small arcade near by my village and always play this one game which i just cant remeber what it was called or anythink much really...

all i can remember is a level on a motobike on a highway (platformer type view) and another level where you are a diver...

i think it was liek a secret agent kind of game, guns included... any hel will be great as this has been bugging me for too long now

and sorry the description is so brief

Yep, Sly Spy. Why was that game so common? I used to see it EVERYWHERE, even pizza parlors.

I just checked this one out due to this post. This is a good one. One of my favorite genre's, but the main character just gets overwhelmed too easily at times. Otherwise, good stuff. Glad to see you found it and now we get to play it!
