Can anyone ID this arcade game?

Hi all. When I was 12ish years old I lived in Italy. My parents were in the Air Force. Anyways in the bowling alley we had arcade games, including Killer Instinct, house of the dead, and some others. I really enjoyed one of them, but for the life of me I can't remeber the name. Not sure if its a US or a EU game either, but I'm leaning towards EU. Anyways the game is a 1 on 1 fighting game. You could pick up weapons, including guns, to use on your opponent and the levels were multi-leveled and HUGE (meaning you could jump up to higher platforms and down to lower ones. I distinctly rember 2 of the characters. One was a really tall black guy, and the other is a monkey (chimp) in a suit. One of the levels is a aqaruium and another is a moving train. After you beat the game the only part of the ending I remeber is that some type of european money rains down the screen.

Until you brought up the monkey in a suit, I would've said Rush 'n' Attack. LOL

All the characters were also mercenaries / hitmen I believe. About the monkey, im not 100 pct sure he WAS in a suit, but I'm 100pct sure it WAS a monkey.

It really was an AWESOME game. The gameplay was phenominal. This was a 2D game, by the way. This was in the mid 90's and the game was relatively modern.
