If so, what are the details on making a purchase?

In the latest paper copy it says to go to the
website to make the purchase. I can't find
the place to buy it. Any help?

When I click on the classic guide, it creates a little shopping cart list and adds it to that. When I click on the CD, it takes me to the PayPal login, and then doesn't do anything. I think something might be wrong with the link. Either that or I'm just kind of dumb. 50/50 odds at this point.

I want to buy both at once, I hope that's possible.
