how do these work? You put the cart in and it trasfers it onto a disk? Or vise versa?

Yeah you can do it that way, umm theres plentey of information around the net, basicly you can copy cartriges to floppy disks, or download "roms" to floppy disks if you have the backup of the game of course. :-P
