Consoles on the Horizon

Pretty self explanatory title - are there any consoles, handheld or otherwise on the horizon, in development or about to be released that we know of?

Is there going to be a PS3, XBox2 etc?

There's the rumored Nokia handheld to compete with the GBA, as well as the rumored "GBA2" from Nintendo, but I think the latter of the two is a bunch of hogwash.
