Okay!
Finally got one, got it CIB with Mario Tennis... but have some questions...

1.) Has it actually made anyone blind or is that jsut a bad rumour going round?

2.) Apart From Ebay, which places online sell games for it?

3.) How many systems were sold worldwide (approx)

4.) Does anyone else think the name wasnt such a good choice... Virtual boy sounds like something Michael Jackson would use... @_@ x_x :hmm: LOL

5.) What power is it? 16bit? 32bit???

6.) and finally... does anyone on this board have any spare games for the vb for trade/sale...

Thanx in advance... Adam (The proud VB Owner)

1) not that i've heard. That warning was just because of damn kids under 9 to cover nintendo's butt.
2) Ebay, half.com, or here at dp. But you're in EFnet, so try #virtualboy.
3) i think half a million or a million were produced? unsure.
4) Name is fine.
5) Processor is 32bit.
6)No. i have 13 sad carts. thats it. mine.

The Virtual Boy will NOT make you blind, nor will it give you cancer, or radiation poisioning, or any of the other stupid rumors that people love to spread.

The only thing Virtual Boy will do is give you a headache if you don't take momentary breaks like Nintendo recommends. Then again, that doesn't happen to everyone either.

It's safe, use it, be happy! And the name Virtual Boy is perfectly fine.
