Did the 3D0 version have the same cutscene as that DVD version?

There was an old text game? Heh.

I'm just going off the DVD case... which says Drug Wars... and has a Ghandi ripoff dressed like Rambo...

The text game is called Dope Wars AFAIK. I've got the Palm version.

Well, I definitely had a version called Drug Wars back in high school on my graphing calculator. I'm sure there many slightly different versions floating around with different names, though. That game was a blast to play in class. I liked how if you smoked pot in the subway, you'd get all high and would stumble into the path of the train. Good times.

Well on a hunch I snooped around the dark recesses of my computer and what should I turn up but the original 1984 version of the game in question. I'm sure that Mr. John E. Dell would be happy to know that someone is still playing this game.

Don't say I never gave ya nuthin.

Dope Wars is essentially the dressed up Windows version. Nothing beats the original though.
