Ok, this may not be an error (stranger things have happened), but the USED price for this game is higher then the NEW price. EB games is famous for doing this (not just on their website either). Last Spring, I saw a NEW Crimson Skies cheaper that its used counterpart while shopping at my local EB Games.
Anyways, for you all to see:

Yeah it happens all the time at their retail locations. I think sometimes they mark down a title to get rid of overstock and then raise the price when the stock on hand reaches a reasonable level. They don't want to have a fire-sale on the used stock of the same title so they don't change the price. It's an odd concept and a little hard to grasp but it manages to make a drop of sense once you think about it. Also, in the case of permanent markdowns, whoever marks down used prices isn't as fast or competent as whoever knocks down new stock.

Check out Primal. New 5 dollars, used 10 dollars. It's smart. First off you can't use the coupons to get free shipping and 15 pct off since its new, then after a few months 90 percent of the people that buy it will trade it BACK in to EBgames for a dollar or so, then they can sell it for 10 dollars, cashing in on it twice.
