After 2 years of work, the space shooter game Decaying Orbit for NUON is complete. Skah T has released the game for download which you can get above. But also, while you're there, check out his proposal for actually producing the game properly with packaging, improvements to the game, etc. The more people that show interest the better chance there is that it will actually happen.

Now that the NUON DVD players are pretty cheap, I should pick one of them up along with the games for it.

I just keep hoping they will release the NUON games for the PC or the XBox or something else.

Well Decaying Orbit did start out as a PS Net Yaroze game. Iron Soldier 3 is available on the PS as well via Telegames, though the NUON version edges it out (http://www.nuon-dome.com/readrev/is3compare.html) slightly performance wise. Merlin Racing was split up into a handful of budget PS games recently too (Rascal Racers, XS Airboat Racing, Miracle Space Race...). They took a hit in the visual department on the way to the PS as well though.

I doubt you're going to see Tempest 3000 or FreeFall show up on any other platform, barring the Nuance PC emulator. And, while that works, it is very slow.
