Konami TV-game units from Majesco?

I hadn't heard about these until just now, when I opened the Target flyer and noticed they're apparently on sale for $16.88. I see Frogger, with possibly only Frogger, and another "Arcade Classics" unit with Gyruss, Scramble, Rush'n Attack, and two others I can't identify because of the really small picture.

Any more info?

I saw them in Target yesterday. The Konami Arcade one has the same six games as the GBA cart. The Frogger one only shows Frogger on the package (even though it's on the Konami one). The shelf sign for both was $19.99, so I don't get it. They were in the electronics section by the budget video games, not in the toy department with the rest of the dedicated units.
