Any idea how much this is worth? How rare? Pretty neat controls!

It's not at all "rare", I've picked up three of them in the past year (they're very popular), each under $15. A boxed one, at least $25.

It's basically Atari 2600 Combat, just the tank battles, but you can play on those cool Battlezone-style dual-sticks and side-by-side (provided you're not a fat slob like me - no one can reach the second set when I plunk myself down in front of the first one) :)
