anyone here, or know of anyone, that will burn an EEPROM? Want to get the Unibios upgrade for my MVS. I could just buy a chip from Razoola, but want to see if i can get it through other means

However, by paying someone to burn it to eeprom, you would be in direct violation of the Uni Bios user agreement. Not to mention, not supporting Raz, who is constantly improving the code, and improving gaming for AES and MVS owners everywhere.
Right now, he's working on autofire cheats, and audio fade out features (JUKEBOX) to be added in the next revision of the BIOS. It's important to know exactly who you choose not to support.
If you buy from Raz, future updates are far cheaper than getting them burned at the link above. Raz is doing fantastic work for the community.
I used the above link once. Now that I have dealt with Raz directly, I buy ALL of the chips I install from the man behind it.
