ANYONE EVER SEEN ONE OF THESE NINTENDO CHEST BEFORE???

Well I have bee colledting mario Items, and I havent seen this one on EBAY YET!!! Anyone have one or seen one??? is it licensed by Nintendo??? I was having a hard time figuring out if this was an actuall Nintendo Item... the seller said there were no dated, only a deal that said SEWARD ???

I really wanted it but just dont have the cash right now, I hope these arent so rare I wont have another chance :)

I have one and yes I believe they are official nintendo items. Available by catolog back in the day. Mine has a small stain where i left a cup on top, but good otherwise.

My bro has a Legend of Zelda metal trash can from roughly the same era (bought at Big Lots back when they were Pic 'n Save), but he's kicked it a few times in anger. Oh, well.

yea right , i know the guy who owns that chest that habeeb hamusta is talking about , when me and habeeb go to that flea market together we always try and get that guy to sell it , he wont. and also, he most likely does not even know what ebay is , we are from a hillbilly ass town where everyone is dumb as rocks. im just waiting til the day that guy eventually closes his shop and me and habeeb get to buy all his other game stuff of him for cheap.

I sold mine on EBay last year when someone from here told me they were collectiable. :) Slight damage to the top and sides, $75 plus shipping. I still have the pics on my HD.

Yes I have seen one of these before, it's in my room. I got this back in around '88-'90 I think. I used to keep all my baseball, comics, video games in it.
Actually now that I remember, I got this the same Christmas that I received Super Mario Land 1 for the Gameboy. So I guess that was in '89 when that game was released wasn't it?? That year my brother got a Ninja Turtles Chest, exactly like the Nintendo one, just with Ninja Turtles on it.

I actually had been planning to put mine on ebay either this weekend or next. Mine is in pretty good shape so hopefully will get a decent amount for it.
