Genesis battery replacment needed

I have a Genesis game I need the battery replaced for. Does anyone here do such a service? I would prefer it be someone in the US since its a friends game and he lives in the San Fran area. Post here or PM me if you can help :D

Both myself and leonk are in Canada. It's not too hard, and soldering is only necessary as a possible backup, unless of course you go with the coin holder method leonk uses.

I was going to ask/pay you to do it but I thought I'd see if I could find someone in the US to replace it. I have tried to do it myself with poor results. I can break the old battery free from the metal holders but I can't seem to get a strong weld with the metal holdes to the new battery. Do you use a heat sink as well?

Tryy pressure, as in squeezing the battery in place, held by pressure. Or buy a battery with solderable legs already crimped to it. More $$ that way.
