... Now that I have a SegaCD and have experience the extreme grainyness. I'm having lots of fun with the system, but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for...
I wanted to know what console had the funnest FMV games. And what games are recommended?

"Fun" and "FMV Games" are not usually used in the same sentence. However, if they float your boat, then the SegaCD is the best place to start. the video quality aside, it definitely wins for quantity.
After that your best bet is probably a 3DO. Make sure to get Plumbers Don't Wear Ties. Not because it's a good game, mind you, but because it's maybe the worst game ever made, and everyone should have a copy of the worst game ever made.

I wonder... does it have to do with dying because the ties get caught in garbage disposals? It probably sucks cuz it isn't violent (I"m kidding ppl)
So whats good on SegaCD?

You have no idea how much gaming can suck until you get your hands on Plumbers Don't Wear Ties.
Although now that I'm saying this, I have toa dmit that Fox Hunt is a pretty close second. Why people scour the earth for that crapfest I'll never know.

For FMV games, I liked Night Trap, Supreme Warrior, Corpse Killer and Prizefighter.

Yeah, I've always like Prize Fighter. It's probably one of the most playable of the lot and surprisingly, direction isn't too bad. Very "Rocky" like. I also semi-liked Quarterback Attack. I have it on the Saturn, but I'm not sure which other systems have the game. Can't forget Dragons Lair and Space Ace too!
Edit: now that I look at the online guide, QB Attack is on the 3DO as well. Keep in mind that FMV games are searchable there as well so you can get a complete list.

I think the best system to play FMV on is LaserActive - it does an amazing job with buffering the video so you don't see the obvious breaks in it as you do on most other systems. Also it has Road Prosecutor, Triad Stone, and Time Gal, all excellent in laserdisc digital quality.

Time Gal is on Sega CD as well. You should really check out Cobra Command on Sega CD, it's really cool, all things considered.
Although I always got stuck in the second level, Ground Zero Texas for Sega CD should get an honorable mention. It tries REAL HARD, and it's kind of cool, actually.
I always dug Sherlock Holmes: Consulting Detective. It's a different kind of game altogether...bring a notepad.
Tomcat Alley is pretty neat too...I often wondered how they pulled that off. It's kind of complex for an FMV game.
People are all mentioning Prize Fighter; I'd say that's the best FMV game I played.

The Command and Conquers blew me away with their FMV scenes -- they do a great job of setting the stage.
In addition to the ones allready mentioned, I think the Tex Murphey games are quite good for that as well.

The 3DO has a ton of American Laser Games shooting games, such as Mad Dog McCree and Space Pirates. They look pretty good, but you need to find the lightgun to play them right. I don't know how rare it is, but it goes for a bundle on Ebay.
There's also a shooter on 3DO, I think it's called Killing Time, that does a good job of implementing video.
It also has decent versions of Space Ace, Dragon's Lair and Kingdom: The Far Reaches, which was released under a different name in the arcades. There's an odd one called Strahl, a sort of anime fantasy, which is fun too.
But probably the best FMV games on 3DO are the game show party games, Twisted, Zhadnost and Station Invasion. Especially Twisted, which is a neat idea for a game and pretty funny. The other two seem to be spinoffs of it.
I have a lot of FMV games for Sega CD. I'd have to say my favorites are Revenge of the Ninja, Time Gal, Road Avenger (awesome) and The Masked Rider (which plays like a whole episode of the japanese superhero show Kamen Rider Zo). The system's technology limits sometimes hamper the games. I thought the loading enemies really hurt the Sega CD Who Shot Johnny Rock, for example.
