Are you subscribed to the DP Wire yet? You're going to want to be!
The next issue is scheduled for release this Saturday morning (Oct. 16) and inside that issue you will find the details for an exclusive contest, just for the readers of the DP Wire! That's right - the only way to win is to be subscribed. Don't count on your friends to share the information, because they're going to want the prize for themselves.
The prize for this contest - a complete, boxed NEO-GEO system - tested and working, with one controller! Many thanks to Joe for supplying such a generous prize!
If you want a shot at this fabulous prize, make sure you're subscribed to the DP Wire before Saturday. To subscribe, click the link in my signature.
*edit* The newsletter will be coming from DPWire@digitpress.com. Make sure that your email client will not block this email or direct it to your trash folder.
Due to the contest, we will not be sending out any copies of the DP Wire after the fact, as was done with the first issue.

Joe, not being pushy, but did those get shipped out yet? I'm really hoping it gets to my house while I'm on fall break...I'm dying to see what's in it...and the trip from NJ to PA for the package shouldn't be that far.

Let me put your fears to rest. Multiple subscriptions will give no one an advantage over anyone else in terms of the contest. It's all about having a subscription so you get the contest description and rules. :)

If you have a question about how the contest works, please ask. I tried to make it as clear as possible, but sometimes I'm not as clear as I would like. If it's worthy of clarification, I will post here with it - if not, I won't respond to make sure that everything is as fair as possible.

Asking what the clue means, or the specifics of how or where the banner is hidden, or anything similar is not truely a question of how the contest works, but is rather asking for a hint - which is 100% against the rules.
Since I caused confusion by saying you can ask questions, I am not DQing anyone at this time. However, I will have no choice other than to DQ anyone who asks a similar question past this point.

I've been signed up to the wire for quite a while and never got the email...I have no real spam filters in place, so I"m not sure what went wrong. I take it the wire was sent out successfully on Saturday?
