I want start a trend for at least a week. I want to start a few new polls here on the boards, There aren't enough polls anymore and they are really cool, and inspire a lot of debating, which is great. I will start 2 or 3 polls, I want to encourage all of you to think of some really good polls and post them here on the boards, everyone please come and vote, even is you don't post a reply at least vote. Lets have some fun and enjoy this. Mods feel free to make this a sticky.

Once upon a time we had a "poll week" where we asked everyone to do something like this. It was fun... carry on!

Becasue all the bigger ones are still there in the Classic Discussions forum. No need to start another when an old one could be bumped instead.

It might be interesting to compare some old polls, to new.

We tend to try to keep the same discussion alive, rather than having multiple threads created on it. It seems to make things easier when everything is located in one thread/location, and the discussion is renewed rather than begun all over again.

Don't worry - most of the polls in the Classic Discussions forum aren't the kind that change over time. If you voted Genesis over SNES a year ago you're pretty likely going to vote that way again, and if you chose one over the other having not played "the other", well you shouldn't have done that :)

You know what, I to have noticed no polls lately, well at least not as much lately.
I will be participating in every poll I can, or think of some.
