converter, manual and papers, box, styrofoam....did it come with anything else, like grounding plates or anything like that?

Power Base Converter comes with two styro blocks, baggie, manual, and the PBC.
You can use it to play Sega Power Base games on your Sega Genesis.
I like to call it the "Power Volcano" after the unique shape of the unit. Every now and then an avalanche of gaming goodness goes and floods my game room with mystical chi and drives out the evil spirits gathering around my GBA Headphone Jack Adapter (which I don't own, of course).

cool...i just have the unit itself and was curious whether i was missing some 'vital' parts :)
