If you're like me and missed out on Suikoden II when it was first released, and if you don't have $100 to pick it up now. Well then, let me just say surf on over to emuparadise.org and check psx iso's. It's playable and complete.
Just had to share the love

I thought that we had rules against this sort of thing.

I thought so. I just can't seem to find the rules anywhere.

What would those rules be?
DP has many emulators and roms available for download( for back up of course) . You must own the original game.
Suikoden II is a great game that I believe many players missed out on and now it is very rare and goes for atleast a $100. So it's mainly for collectors now. If Konami was to release it as a special collection or something for PS2 , I would gladly pick it up. I would probably even pay the $100 bucks for the original if I could find one. As it happens though I do own the game, I got it used (disc only) and it has never worked so I've never been able to play it till now.
In any case I don't see the harm in people getting to play this game if they never did before.
I don't know what your problem is with it?

Where are these emu's and roms you speak of? They aren't hosting any that I am aware of. Emu's are legal, and they would only host homebrews or freeware. Emu's are legal if you don't use an official bios. But a psx iso is a whole nother can of beans. Trust me I couldn't even trade of my copies of tv shows I had on vcd an dvd-r and none of those were made from commercial tapes.

Asking for PSX isos/roms/whatever they're called is still borderline since it's not QUITE dead yet, so I'm locking this before it gets out of hand.
