Any emulators run Neo Geo CD's perfectly?

I have an opportunity to get some Neo Geo CD games, but a Neo Geo CD system just costs too damn much for me.

Do any emulators run Neo Geo CD games perfectly? Or pretty damn close to being perfect?

There's a few Neo Geo CD emulators out there. Whichever on I tried it emulated the system pretty. There were only maybe 1 or 2 games that had problem and I think one of the Metal Slug was one of them. Keep in mind this was a few years ago so emulation for the system could be better now. The best part about Neo Geo CD emulation is you don't have those horrible loading times that the actual system has.

I think the Xbox has a Neo Cd emulator. I am not sure though.
