I have been looking for some Wonderswan and NGPC accessories and these 2 companies seem to be the ones that stock what I want. I have come across both companies in the past but have never ordered from them. Does anybody here have any experience of the sites and are they any good? Thanks chaps and chappettes :)

Be very careful when dealing with Upstate Games. I have placed two orders with "him" and had no problems the first time but the second order was a complete nightmare. It's a one man show with absolutely no customer service or contact info. My order was charged to my credit card when placed and after a month of no product or email replies I did some research. There are numerous unanswered complaints with the New York state BBB and the only way I was able to get a reply was after doing some searching and including his home address in an email. I finally got what I ordered some two months after being charged, but it wasn't worth it. If you do some searching, you should come up with a couple of web sites dedicated to problems customers had.
I have never dealt with Lan Kwei but I have not heard anything negative.

Thanks bloke! I think I'll give him a miss then. I don't like to take risks if I don't have to. The thing I'm after is the WonderBattery for the WS and he seemed fairly pricey anyway...$14.99 with no adaptor and excluding shipping.
I also ordered from Upstate Games one time, and while I DID get my product in perfect shape, my credit card was charged immediately, and it took more than a month for my order to get to me. I also noticed that customer service does not exist at Upstate Games. All's well that ends well, I suppose, but I WILL NOT order from them again.

So, that'll make them a definite no-no then! I notice Lan Kwei seem to be a bit more professional ( it certainly looks that way!). Do you know of other sites that sell WS and NGPC accessories?

To restate what has come before, stay away from Upstate Games. A few years ago my girlfriend ordered a GameAxe from them, never showed up. After awhile he stopped answering emails. Never got any money back. Too bad, too. I'd love to support someone from my home town.

That's brutal, man. There's nothing worse - you just feel robbed and impotent. That's why I'm being so careful, I've been stung a couple of times and I'm planning on it never happening again. Maybe there should be a sticky with reputable sites...
