I got the free bonus in the mail (registering a GCN and 5 games) and it came with a manual, precautions booklet, and the disc in a sleeve.
Did this ever come in its own dedicated case, similar to the SW:Rogue Squadron III demo?
If so, can some one please hook me up with an actual size scan? I'd like to make a mock up case, so it blends in with the other GCN games.

No such luck. :(
Searched for "metroid echos demo cover" as well as scan, boxart, and box art
I can't even find a Metroid Prime: Echos actual size boxart scan. At least with that, I could mock something up myself.

5 games total? I've registered 2 games (months ago for the Zelda Disc) so would I only have to register 3 more?
Now I have to find someone with codes :(

Exactly what I did last November, registered 2 games and my Cube, and that was it...so you only need 3 more

Lies All Lies.... Everyone is wrong. It was released in the Metroid Bundle GameCube pack in a Nintendo case. Just that it was packaged as a double disc setup, not stand alone. Its package looks just like the one thats shown on the Metroid Gamecube Box, showing Metroid Prime on the top, and a lightning bolt splitting the case, and the Prime2: Echoes on the bottom.

I have that, but I think the gentlemen was asking just the disc itself

But it has to be SELECT GBA / GC games. Most of them don't have codes that I have .

That is correct :)
I didn't know if stores like Best Buy sold them as stand alone preorder bonuses like they did for SW:RSIII.

No he's not. Sisko is asking IF this thing was ever in a case. Which it is. Just because its a double case doesnt make the case that its in a case anything other than a wicked variant thats gonna be horrible to find in a few years.

Not really. I'm asking if the demo was individually released in its own case, seperate from Metroid Prime.
Sorry for the confusion :)
