Atari SwordQuest Prizes...

Does anyone remember the old Atari SwordQuest series and the contest that was had for the first and second (EarthWorld and Fireworld, I think)

I know there was some fancy prize for winning each, but what ever happened to the prize for the 3 contest? (I understand it was never hosted.)

Any ideas and does anyone know what the prize was? I thought it was a scepter or something....

(I was testing a copy of EarthWorld this weekend which made me think of a story I had once read about the games, contests and prizes...)
