OK, I am buying a Gamecube, I don't want to but being a Survival Horror freak I have to play the Exclusive remake of Resident Evil as well as R.E. 0 and the upcoming R.E. 4. I prefer to play on my Xbox or Playstation so to put it simply the ONLY games I will buy or collect on Gamecube are ones not available on any other format, so please all you knowledgable Gamecube masters, please let me know the Gamecube exclusives as well as titles only on the Cube that you consider MUST PLAY tiles woth buying/owning and you opinions as to why............Thanks!!!!!!
I am currently considering (in addition to above mentioned Resident Evil titles):
Eternal Darkness
Metroid Prime
That is al......so far........ :)

I like twitchy stuff, but here's a few:
Space Raiders
Ikaruga
ANYTHING from Nintendo is reason alone to own the Gamecube. F-Zero GX is one of the coolest games available this generation, as are the two Metroid Prime games.

have to get:
Eternal Darkness (really good)
Resident Evil
Resident Evil Zero
Resident Evil 4

Resident Evil 3
other really good gc-exclusives:
Super Monkey Ball 2 (like Marble Madness? get this)
Beach Spiker (best beachvball out there)
Zelda Wind Waker (if you like the graphics that is, you should play it somewhere and see it in action before rating them)
Super Mario Sunshine (if you liked Mario 64)
Starfox Adventures (if you like Zelda 3D style games AND Starfox)
Ikaruga (if you like shmups and don't own a DC)
Mario Kart (if you liked any mk game)
PN 03 (if you like style>variety games)
WWE Day of Reckoning (if you like wrestling)

Donkey Konga. beating on bongos with a monkey may sound stupid but this game is a hoot. makes a big burly lumberjack kind of guy who can't dance such as myself feel like he actually has SOME rythym.

One that is certainly worth getting if you have friends to play it with is Wario Ware: Mega Party Games. This has quickly become a favorite with my friends.
Another favorite for four-player fiestas is Pac Man VS. Well worth the $20 you might spend on it - you need a GBA to play it, though. Pac Man World 2 is a fun little game, though.
Smash Bros. Melee is also good. Depending on your taste, you might like a lot of the other ones mentioned in this thread already. The Zelda bonus discs might be a little tougher to track down, but they're worthy. I personally also like Pokemon Colosseum - for once a real adventure in 3D!

Don't pass up Donkey Konga by any means. It's incredibly fun and addictive. Trust us :)
Too bad a 2nd set of Bongos is $35. I almost had my fiance convinced she needed her own pair. Now I'm going to have to suffer and buy it next paycheck.

< insert obligatory fiancee / bongos joke here > LOL
Ahem. Anyhoo, the official Nintendo bongos can be had for $30-35 range, which is more than fair IMHO. Bongos? $30 (x number of sets).
Amount of fun to be had from playing Donkey Konga?
Priceless.

Animal Crossing--the only game you'll ever need (for a few weeks, at least).
Get Super Smash Bros. Melee and Animal Crossing. You'll be addicted to those two for weeks!
