Heh... My wife was once upon a time an awesome gamer.

She could beat Wolfenstien 3D with all 100%'s in less than the time limits. I've never seen anyone that could do that before. But she stopped because she started having nightmares about actually having to run around and shoot Nazi's. :(

I bought her one of those Philips TVs with the NES built in knowing that when we got married, I'd get it back 8-) and she played quite a number of NES games for a while.

Now, she doesn't much like to play anything though. :( Except Scrabble.

Reminds me of something that happened a couple years back.

I used to post at a music forum, and my girlfriend at the time was a regular herself. One of the trolls insulted me for some band I mentioned (I forget what band it was, but that's beyond the point). I ignored the guy and told my girlfriend about it, telling her just to ignore the jerk. I logged on later that night and she had responded to the troll's post, telling the jerk to get lost (she even threw in a good share of expletives I won't include here). The troll's responded with some BS that I had made another account posing as my girlfriend. LOL

I was a mod and at this point it was obvious everyone was sick of this jerk, so I banned him.
