It's either than original Famicom cart or a Datach Joint ROM system minicart, I'm thinking.

I'd bet it's an original FC cart from the shape of it though.

It's a Famicom game. Super Famicom games look like this:

There are a few exceptions, but I think they're all that color of grey and if not that shape than something very similar. Famicom games, on the other hand, vary greatly.
