View Full Version : Just got a gamecube + gameboy player for $ 60

...Then I immediately went and bought Donkey Konga. Had to buy a used cube so I could get the component out. The best thing is my brother is off at college so he left me with all of his games like monkey balls, metroid, mario golf, some of the RE's, Zelda, blah blah. So the only thing that bums me out is that I have to pay $ 30 for the component cable as well as a couple of wavebirds. I have been putting off getting a gamecube but for $ 60 I can play Nintendo exclusives and all my old gameboy/advance games on the big screen. Sadly I've let my PS2 and Xbox collect dust as my classic gaming has taken control but I have a feeling that I'm going to get some mileage out of my gamecube. I'm pretty excited about four swords and I think my brother and a couple of friends and I are going to play through it over thanksgiving. I guess I'd rather be playing games than watching the Bears getting their asses handed to them in Dallas. Okay I'm done, just excited and wanted to share.

nice......eventhough i am not fond of the GC myself. I had a GB Player too but i parted with it for the SP.

Yes my family has monkey balls and we are hung like addox's. As for the RE question I only have 0 and 1 so the rarer one's are not in my possession. I don't really care because I didn't like 2 (way too easy) I've never played 3 and now that I think of it I might try to find one of those. I don't really collect gamecube so I could care less if I can find them or not. I'd be just as happy playing 2 and 3 on n64 or psone. Yeah yeah the n64 doesn't have voice, who cares, the acting sucks in those games. I'm all about the gameplay and I think 3 on the 64 even takes advantage of the extra ram if I'm not mistaken.

Ehll If I new people were looking forgb players so bad I woulda sold mine on here. I got 25 in trade for it at gs and put it towards my donkey konga purchase. but since I bought it for 35 used I think it was a fair price.
