I use FABombjoy's method exclusively now. My carpal tunnel really dislikes the sanding, but hey, no pain no gain.

I should be gettong samples in a few weeks I'm told. They will go into larger production runs after I do testing for their batch.
They want me to test 1000 pins. @_@
