This is a pretty useless thread, but I wondered what answers others will have. For the past month, I've found loads of Game Informers, so many in fact that I had to turn some of them away instead of getting doubles over and over again.

I go to garage sales all the time, and I can honestly say I've never seen a single game magazine at one. I wouldn't buy any either, as I have way too many lying around my house as it is. ;)

I found no game magazines at all at sales, but once I found ten years worth of that old kids magazine with the carmen sandiego comics.

At my last garage sale I decided to get rid of about five years worth of old NPs I didn't read anymore. I was originally going to charge a quarter apiece, but then I saw a couple of kids rooting through the box. One of them came up to me and asked me how much they were. Since they were the only ones who had even looked at them all day, I asked how much they had. Between the two of them they had about a buck-fifty. I told them they could have the entire box for that. Man, you'd think I'd just given them bars of gold or something the way they started freaking out.
I'll bet their mom was happy when they lugged that big box home too LOL

I hardly ever see them. I saw a Gamepro once and an EGM once and that was about it.

I've always seen a bunch of the late 90's Nintendo Power's. Such a horrible magazine and I slap myself for buying them from the yard sales, but I can't resist myself.
I threw away all of my Game Players, early Nintendo Powers, etc about 10 years ago. Really kicking myself in the ass for doing that.

I'm in a similar boat but I stupidly stored mine and they got water damage. All my NP (including the last three Nintendo Fun Club Newsletters), my Game Player's, Game Pros and (sheds tear) my Video Games and Computer Entertainment Magazines.

That's cool. I bet you really made their day with that.
I hardly ever go to yardsales, though I like going to them. At the most recent yardsale I saw two Nintendo Power magazines, both 2003 issues I believe. I could have taken them for free, but decided to pass, since I was looking for CDs and NES games, not crappy NEO Gaming magazines.
