I heard they are pretty good ports, but I'm gonna wait for the price to lower....like maybe $16.88 at Wal-Mart...just like the Namco ones

From what I've heard, the sega one's using miniaturised Genesis hardware, supposedly that's waht all the Radica plug&play's use.

The Sega one sucks. I know, because I own it. It's hilarious, because they kept the options in for two player simultanious play, despite only having one controller.
Not to mention, the most high profile game on there, Sonic, has sound emulation problems. Some sound effects are missing, including the "jumping" sound!

Ok, lets get one thing straight: this is NOT a handheld console.
This is a dedicated console.
Carry on :)
I saw one of these things at Babbages the other day. I thought about buying it, but have other things to buy.
