Thought I'd set up a new topic for this...

I'll have access to bring over some copies of commerical C64 remix CDs when I go to CGE next month courtesy of Chris who runs the http://www.c64audio.com site and business. Now I might even be able to hand these out for free, or if not, hopefully for value prices.

What sort of music styles would people like to hear? What interests people? There should be remixes for most things people like :D

Even if you aren't into remix C64 music, the tracks are damn fine on their own...

Anything having a feel like "Commando" or "Crossfire" for the C-64... those games both had such jammin' tunes!!

I have a few of the remix CD's, I *think* from those guys in fact, but I haven't checked for new ones in awhile. So if they're NEW (last year or so), bring 'em! Great listening music.

Okay dokey... well the Instant Remedy CD is new (as in last month) plus it has Commando covers on it, amongst other stuff :D

Press Play On Tape are a Danish band who do live covers of songs, I guess very much like how 8-Bit Weapon will be. So I'll bring a couple of them along too.

Remix64 which just came out has a selection of different song styles, but they've all been mixed in an 80s way (Pet Shop Boys, Paul Hardcastle, Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode etc). Probably go down well.

I will probably have some of my own copies there on my CD Walkman to listen to on the plane or around the convention, so you can always come up to me and ask to listen
