This is what is for sale:
http://www32.brinkster.com/v1richstore/MyCollection/MyCollection.htm

I want to sell it all. For someone collecting SNES this would really put getting a complete collection in reach. Take out a loan!

Loads of complete and new games in there, not your average no box, no instruction lot. I expect that some of the game dealers might be interested. I have all but about 15 or so of the rare games complete (R5 and up). The reason I did not get the rest is because DP went to the new rarity guide and some of the rarities changed for the games. I would like to sell it because I need money for a down payment for a house. I also want to beat my ebay addiction.

I would rather avoid the hassle of listing them all separately. Ship via Fedex or pickup. Total estimated value over $13,000. Probably worth a lot more than that because I generally estimated low and I was able to get some really excellent deals in some cases. I will get a list with prices for each item soon for any of you who want itemized cost.

I also have a custom made VB6 application that runs off of a SQL Server 2000 database that I will include if the buyer is interested. I is not perfect but it works well enough for me.

Sell for $9700 USD with $300 for shipping for a total of $10,000 unless picked up. PM me if interested or email me at v1rich@hotmail.com. International shipping will be considerably higher I imagine but I do welcome international interest.

I don't have the voodoo to move posts around. They don't trust me with that kind of power. ;)

Man I need a bunch of things on your list (boxes/manuals), but I don't have $10k to spend. :( Good luck with the sale rich.

If it doesn't work out I'd like to get Fun n Games box and manual, Kid kleets box and manual, Fievel Box, Bebe's kids box, Biker Mice box/manual as well as others.

v1rich, I want some games on your list, but selling it for $9700 is not feasible. I just don't think anyone has that kind of money to spend on SNES stuff.

I am interested in buying some of that stuff seperately, as everyone probably else is....since not too many people have 10,000 to spend on games ATM. I mean, I want the Zero, the Earthboudn box and strat guide, the Chrono Trigger manual and maps, and the Fun N Games instructions and box.

I still have first dibs on your Rise of the Phoenix when you're ready to sell it! ;)

Agreed, if you were to sell some of that stuff seperatly then we'd be all over it like parana's :-P

If you do indeed decide to sell them seperatly, put me down for these games:

Aero the Acrobat 2 complete
Bebe's Kids complete
American Tail Complete
Pieces Complete
Ardy Lightfoot Manual

Also put me down for Fun n games and Zero if you haven't already sold them to the kind gentlemen who posted before me.

Don't worry, i pay good. 8-) :D

But the big problem with splitting up that lot would be all the big titles and the rare titles would go quick but all the common to uncommon stuff that he has (which is a nice lot none the less) he might get stuck waiting a while to sell it off peice by peice. Sounds like a single blow is his best option to a re-seller orsomething, sad part is they won't give him even close to a realistic price for such a nice collection cause they have to be able to re-sell it themselves..but of course only after they cherry pick the lot of all the kick ass stuff...lol..Hope you find a serious SNES collector so you get the 10k, It's a very nice lot and it is defently worth $9,700.

Best Of Luck,

Shawn Sr.

I was thinking that myself. Although it might not sell for such a high price, if he were to sell it seperately, all the good stuff would go and you would still be stuck with the common crap. That is how these things usually go.

If I don't get any offers by Saturday morning then I am going to start selling it on Ebay. I think if I keep anything it will be the sealed games and let the rest go.

Also I will have update the link with the prices I paid by this afternoon. This realistically shows that I have spent 8500+ on this stuff. I want to make a little bit for my time. I have been selling for a while and I have sold my high cost stuff first. All of what I have left shows the lowest cost I was able to get it for.

In addition to all the stuff in my collection, I also have about 50 bubble mailers for single cart only games and about 75 individual size boxes for the complete games. And I have scans of several of the manuals especially for the rpg games. About 95 of the games are in box protectors, I have about 50 extra game sleeves for snes, and I have about 50 of the plastic wraps that were on the games when they were new inside of the packaging.

Just wondering why you are keeping sealed games and not any other ones. Now you wont have anything to play, just some stuff to look at? Just seems strange, why? Just because the value will increase more then the other games?

I am interested.

How many factory sealed games?
How many complete games?
How many box + cart games?
How many manual + cart games?
How many carts only?

I normally would count myself, but the listing format is slightly confusing to me.

OK, I will run some reports from my database and find those things out. The format is just for an easy listing of all the stuff I have with no frills. I can get something together this evening.

Also for anyone who did not notice I have put up one with the cost.

I both love it, and hate it when a collectors (snes) collection gets sold off.. :(

Sure it's great for the other snes collectors () but sad to see someone's time and effort just disappear, although i'm sure V1rich.. is doing it for the right reasons! ;)

V1rich If you do end up selling (your collection) on ebay make sure, and let us know so we can attack first, and leave the left overs for the dogs! LOL Grrrrrrrrr :P

The statistics:

Due to my poor database design I just spent 3 hours figuring out how to get this out of my database.

133 loose games
25 games with box
144 games with instructions
232 games complete
52 Strategy guides ( 42 distinct. I was on a mission for all of these :) )
21 sealed games (included in complete tally) + about 7 I just bought not yet in the list but I will include them too.

Many duplicates. 329 distinct games. 534 total games. 201 distinct complete games.

I will let you all know when I start selling it on ebay. My original plan was to sell it all over the next 6 months ending with a final cleanout of everything I could not sell but I thought, why not give it a shot and see if someone wants it all? I am not going to try and sell it all at one go on ebay though that is for sure.

OK, I'll get on with selling it piece by piece on my ebay store. You might want to add me to your favorite seller list.

There will be more listed by this evening (Oct 30)
