Ok, i played this games years ago and i will love to know the name of it, i havent heard in years or seen it anywhere anymore.
Its about 7-10 years Old.
It was very similar to Snow Bros, but you controll some kind of Ghostbuster..
You suck all the different kind of monsters into your vac and then throw them away.
I remember one of the levels its a fight against a huge Octopus.
It was lots of fun, but cant remember the name.
Please anyone.

Sure sounds like The Real Ghostbusters (http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=R&game_id=9281) to me. You had two buttons - one of which allowed you to "vac up" the ghosts you freed using your proton pack. Click the link and see if that's it.

I agree, but other than that one bit, you gotta admit, he's describing TRG:

But, yes, Ghostbusters was a top-down game rather than a platformer like Snow Bros. Took a shot that maybe his memory was confusing 2 games and he was thinking of GB, but had that "Snow Bros." tidbit thrown in. (I recall once someone was asking us to ID "Dig Dug", but was CERTAIN that there was a tunnelling machine that would come out and kill you if you weren't fast enough. :hmm: )
Anyway, hope he either confirms our guesses or gives us some more info (control panel configuration, side art, any specfic gameplay data, etc.)

I remember playing it a bit in MAME. It's a really good game, though I probably didn't spend as much time with it as I should have.
