identify this genesis game-

i remember playing this game on genesis and liking it, but i have no idea of the name. this is what i remember from it:

at some point, you are either skateboarding or rollerblading in a half pipe.
there is a person sitting on a bench and stuff (that looks like spaghetti) comes out of their hair.

i know this isn't much of a description, but its all i can remember. i hope its enough for somebody to identify it.

California Games maybe?
I don't think I've ever played the Genesis version, but that sounds vaguely familiar to the old Nes game.
