i just found a blue cart today, and comparing it to the other one i have i noticed they are different. these intrigue me, and i was wondering if anyone else has different labels than i. unfortunately i dont have hosting at this time, so will just type out what the blockbuster printed label says....anyone have a cart without this white printed-on-a-printer label? or any variances from my carts? anyone have these games? anyone have a red one?

first, blue cart - NL102 on top
- (following printed on white label)
dark printing with squared off letters-
'BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO
GENESIS - BLUE CARTRID
(serial no.)
CARTRIDGE ID: 6375'

second, blue cart - NL102 on top
- (following printed on white label)
light printing, taller than wide letters
'BLOCKBUSTER VIDEOS
GENESIS - BLUE CARTRID
(serial no.)
CARTIDGE ID: 6493'

third, green cart(lime color) - NL103 on top
- (following printed on white label)
same font as second cart
'BLOCKBUSTER VIDEOS
GENESIS GREEN CARTRI
(serial no.)
CARTRIDGE ID: 5576'

now i can gather that each should have a unique number, but im curious about what the highest numbers are, so i can have some idea what the maximum number of these that could have been produced is. also curious about the lowest number, as they very well may have started on 1000 or something. i can also infer that the red cart says 'RED CARTRIDG' on line two.

is there a vast resource of information somewhere? if none is currently known please volunteer! otherwise drop a link and lock the topic. (i tried to find out about past posts, but the search function is not working for me)

Here are some, including a look under the white label (Place label here, mindless drone!), and a look inside. By the way, the red carts are a myth...everyone has heard of them, but no one has one, no one has seen one, and no pictures of one are known to exist. Got a mess of the green and blue ones for .99 a pop at some local BB's a few years ago...they were all blank, but have proven to be good trade material.

My green cart has no Blockbuster label. It's the cart that I've posted about that has Sonic 3 on it.
