Not that I have time, but I'd love to join. Is there any way to play with Broadband? Some kind of hook up through your computer (dreamcast-dial up-cable-computer-broadband)?

You can buy a router which will allow you to connect up to 4 devices (usually) including your GC, Xbox, PS2, and a Computer (which is what I have now).

Also, I want to play but I left my PSO game and mem card at work aargh!

Yeah, it's torture playing this game without a keyboard. So hard to communicate, and even when you do start typing something, you can't read the messages coming TO you. Bad, bad, bad. I've gotten really good with the pre-built phrases but it's just not the same.

We need to try to get EVERYONE who has PSO and is online TOGETHER, soon! When? What's a good night for everyone?

Ian, right now, this is GameCube only. You can't play cross-platform online. And, i do believe, you can't even play the Dreamcast version online anymore. I think I read something about support being discontinued on August 1st..?


yeah, MAJOR frustration without a keyboard. Especially when you DIE because you're trying to type.. Grr. So, what level was that game, anyway? I still haven't seen a thing that said anything about level...
OH! AND, Joe.. how do you program the symbols? I couldn't even figure out how to use those suckers! Yeah.. I need to level up.. Like THIRTY more times! :D

Sorry I couldn't make it this morning, I've been putting up Christmas decorations all day (dear God! The boxes keep coming!). Monday and Tuesday nights are bad for me but any other time should be good.

There are a few quick symbols built in. just call up the soft keyboard, and then press Y button twice to switch to Symbol chat and select the one you need. ou can create a few more symbols by looking for it in Chat menu in the submenu. I'm still trying to figure out how to do the ever popular one finger salute :P LOL LOL

Oh yeah I still haven't gotten online but I'm up to Ultimate in Offline with a level 200 Mag that looks like a butterfly (Pushan) and my char's level 76. And when I do get on, I need to clean out my bank as it's about half full of rare items that are worth only 10 mestas to the dealers like H&S25, Varista, Booma Claw, Tails, etc. And the d@mn bank only holds 999,999 mestas so I'd have to give away some mestas as I can't possibly use that much. I'll post a full list when I get the HL.
