I just aquired a rare(?) HKT-3021 (Demo - Kiosk) Dreamcast (http://www.dreamcasthistory.com/kiosk.html). Not the Kiosk, just the console.
It's in good shape, not minty but clean and it works perfectly but I don't need it and I'm looking for a straight across trade for a 100% working US Gamecube with a controller and hook-ups. Any color but I prefer the black and platinum GC over the purple one.
Other than the label/sticker on the bottom and the fact that the internals are closer to the Japanese DC than the final US DC it looks and operates just like a normal US DC. I should also note that it doesn't have a modem but it has the fake modem expansion cover.
This would make a nice addition for a DC kiosk owner who needs/wants the HKT-3021 or for somebody who is bent on owning rare gaming consoles.
Trade would include the Dreamcast HKT-3021 Console - serial number: DU940014990, AV cables and 1 Sega brand DC controller. No power cord, sorry, it requires the JP type cord and I don't have an extra atm.
I'll post pics if requested and I'm happy to answer any questions.
FYI JP power cord is round/round, US cord is round/square. Look at any US DC, Saturn or PS2 to see the US type.
