I have sold him some very nice GEM MINT complete games in the past at very good prices - $40 for a gold Zelda, $30 for a Gyromite. These games were absolutely perfect. It wouldn't surprise me if he is resealing.

The only person telling this is brinn1..he complained about 1 game,and was VERY happy for the 2 other ones he bought,and made no remarks on them
( Dracula X and Super Mario All Stars )...he paid $400 for a sealed game,opened it,and wanted to send it back and get full refund,which i agreed to give,if he was able to send it back in same condition than when i sent it ( sounds fair)...he declined the offer,not me.

Hmmm, Brinn1 eh? I believe that's the asshole that got mad cause I wouldn't sell him my sealed Zelda and Contra Force for MUCH lower than going eBay value. Called me a "greedy man" and said that I "Wasn't being true to the hobby" because I wouldn't give him my games for half the going cost. HA. HA. HA.

I would definitely stay away from brinn1 though it seems he may have mellowed out a bit of late.

adol also looks like a bad seller to me with a 96.9% pos feedback ratio :

How many transactions and what percentage of positive feedback does a person need to have before you'd consider him as a good trader? Seems pretty harsh to me to say that someone with 96% is a bad trader.

Generally below 98% is unacceptable to me unless the seller has an overall low feedback score and then I look at the individual feedback comments (specifically from buyers). Someone with over 3000 positive feedback, 1772 of them being from unique transactions, and a 96% ratio is bad in my opinion. I also took into consideration this seller's negative feedback comments received (the link was provided in my last post ;) ).

Heh, looks like Adol hasn't changed one bit. I bought Final Fantasy 3 Famicom from him circa December 1997, and after he got the money order AND sent me the game, he said that the name on the money order was wrong and demanded another money order. I asked him to send the money order back, and he sent me something, I showed it to my dad's uncle who works in the post office, and he said it was just a stub, so it didn't prove anything. I didn't send him another money order. Also the transaction wasn't on EBay, so I couldn't even give him a negative.

Basically, whether the games are resealed or not, DO NOT BUY FROM ADOL.

Yea I agree you have to look at the percent AND the number. For example I have a rating of around 96-7 percent. However I have 61 positive auctions and ONE negative from a crazy person. Now if I had 2000 feedback it would mean ALOT of negatives to get 96-97 pct.

Don't you realize that MOST of the negs i got came not from buyers,but from SELLERS,who left negative just because i wasn't satisfied with theur stuff,and complained...
