Ok, this game sucks, and not just because I'm stuck. Anyway, in the first level (yes, level 1), how the hell do you make the jump by the tree stump? The other guy told me in a door to kick above it, but I don't see anything or get anything.

Just jump straight up and kick around near the edge.. or maybe an inch or two back. You'll hit an invisible switch somewhere that will create a block you can jump on.

JJ and Jeff though is a prime example of a game that lost all it's charm in the translation from Kato and Ken. Not that the game was all that great in the first place but once they replaced their farts with "spraycans", and removed the crudeness and various toilet humor... it pretty much lost it's soul by that point :P

I dunno, the novelty of finding your partner crapping in the bushes was lost after the first level. Another standard run and jump imo.

i think it is a fungame.i wouldnt say it sucks, but it isnt a side scrolling platform masterpiece like super mario world or anything.that was the problem when they released the tubro here in the states,70% of the games that made it here are crap.for every good game that did make it here in the states for the tubro like ninja scroll, you get 3 crap games in its place.like china warrior.

What is "ninja scroll"?

I find the biggest problem with JJ and Jeff is in the game physics... The game could actually be rescued from mediocrity (or worse) if the player movement physics, timing of enemies etc were more streamlined... maybe if the designers spent more time playing SMB, than they did coming up with scat jokes...

I'm betting he meant Ninja Spirit. Ninja Spirit was released for TG16, and a much better platformer than JJ & Jeff. Although NS suffers from some slowdown issues on some boards, it's still a fun game with a great soundtrack.
