Question: Which homebrew scene would folks like to see written about in Wire 1.04?

Colecovision. Definately.
I'll vote for NUON (shock, I know :) ). Would be a cool thing to see considering the recent release of Decaying Orbit (www.dragonshadow.com), continued development of the Nuance emulator and other past projects.

Nuon... talk about coming out of left field. I know next to nothing about Nuon. Don't have one, have never seen one. I have some googling to do.

NUON would be great. You don't have to look too far - Kevin Manne, the editor of our NUON section and owner of nuon-dome.com is the same guy as K3V above :)

With two new Odyssey2 games out this year and maybe more on the way, I, as always, will cast my write-in vote for the Odyssey2. :D

So far, I've done the Infogrammes mess, and the Vectrex scene. I've got some good stuff up my sleeve but that will have to wait a few issues, giving me time to write some more overall profiles.

I'll second this only because I'm part of a fledgeling dreamcast homebrew team myself.
although I'd love to hear about O2 as well.

I'm starting to lean towards DC being the next article followed by O2 or Nuon.
Anyone who has any DC homebrew info they'd like to be taken into consideration, if they're working on a project, etc, shoot the info to me via pm.

Other than Grand Theftendo, I haven't heard anythin gin the NES scene for a while. Also, we almost never hear anything about the Genesi and SNES scenes. NES would be a first choice tho...
BTW, great DP Wire on the Vectrex recently, DP.

I'm looking around nuon-dome.com now. Looks like I'll be needing to pick up a NUON player before I try to write about it.
I don't see ONE NUON player on ebay. Anyone have one they want to sell me cheaply?

The Vectrex article was written by Mr. Chadtower himself and I wholeheartedly agree it was a great article. :) Chad is our resident homebrew specialist on staff.

Make sure you grab a Samsung DVD-N501. It's the only US NUON player that can run the homebrew games.
