Thought this was interesting. There's more links at the bottom of the article to all the stuff that's happened since this was previously in the limelight.
For San, a fast takeover probably was essential to keeping any hope of moving on with projects alive, but that pretty obviously would lead folks to wonder if Argonaut Games wasn't purposely led down a path towards a certain goal!
